He came right out on one of the coldest days of the year to get me an estimate. I had other trees that also concerned me, but his honest assessment of the trees in my back yard spared me a lot of worry and money. He helped to coordinate approvals with my community association and worked around my schedule to find the best day for the work to get done. When his fleet of trucks and equipment rolled down my street, it was quite impressive. Beyond the usual equipment, the crew came prepared with a special spider lift that fit through the narrow entry to my yard without leaving a trace. The crew worked very safely and efficiently and left my yard cleaner than it was found (minus the two hazardous trees and a new pile of fire wood that I asked them to leave behind). Walkways not cleared of debris, curb lines left with weeds growing in them and pieces of branches that have fallen are not picked up. Don't know if a Foreman is on site when work is being done but they're doing a poor job of supervising if one is in place. They also provide our snow removal services to which they actually do a good job.

We called once a week for 3 weeks and we're told someone would get back to us "shortly". No one called back until week 4 and when she called she told us they would be out the following afternoon. No one came and they didn't call to say they couldn't make it. So they called again today and said they would be out at 10:00 today. They never showed, so I called back and was told he couldn't make it today, but maybe next week. I told them not to bother. They are way too unreliable, not to mention rude and unprofessional. It's sad because the crew does a nice job, but the owners seem to be the unreliable ones.
