The crew worked incredibly hard all day to remove 11 dead and dying trees in close proximity to our home. They removed all of the wood and cleaned up. Mike returned himself a week later to grind all the stumps. During the grinding a shallow sprinkler pipe was inadvertently damaged. Although Bergholz's was under no obligation to fix or repair the sprinklers, Mike spent an additional 5 hours completing repairs and cleaning up. There was no additional charge. The price was right by me and they came out on the date I needed them which was within a week of the estimate. They came out and completed the work at a reasonable time frame and we're very friendly answering questions and taking additional requests.
