He acted like I was completely incompetent. My Previous urologist has a much better bedside manner. It was a complete waste of my time. He repeated the same information 3 times. And then preceded to tell me information that a 4th grader could understand. Don't waste your time going to him unless you're looking to be talked to like you don't understand anything.

I researched the procedure and it seemed ok, with little chance of injury and supposedly very low chance of impact on sexual function. Before this procedure, I had a heathy normal sex life. After this operation, I became totally impotent and have been so for four years. Dr. Arett assured me everything went well, which is simply not the case. I feel that he was the cause of my condition. The head of another urology group said that he was not retained because he wasn't honest with his patients. Please get a second opinion before you have this man perform the Greenlight laser procedure on you.

I've had a lot a specialty doctors treating me for numerous tests, biopsies, etc...and he dove in to each one. At length. Young. Energetic. Asked all the right questions. I gave my name to Robin, the sweet receptionist, and someone came and whisked me off to my private room. The room was a deep navy color, outfitted with a large, wall mounted tv, nestled amongst other pictures on the wall. A very cool masculine vibe. Even the lounger/exam chair was a deep brown shade. And very comfortable. I came for an IV treatment- see my pics for the plethora of options and customizations...there is definitely something for everyone. And, you can also add on pure oxygen to breathe in during your IV treatment. There are 2 sizes of bags - I chose the smaller one, as I was a virgin. I put on the Bravo channel and relaxed while my IV did it's magic. It was quick, painless, and easy! Technically they're "men's health" but I had to go there over their women's clinic side because that's where they do lab work at and I wanted a hormone panel ran to check on my thyroid. The office is beautifully designed, and the lab staff is on it. Robin is amazing and is seriously the sweetest person ever. The rest of the staff Is no diff, they're all super professional but friendly and attentive to anything you need. I couldn't say enough good things about them!!! Love! And as for their men's therapy, my ex went there for lowT and ED and he loved it too! We both drove to Shiloh from STL (30 min) and it's worth it. But sounds like I won't need to do that soon as they are opening a clinic close to me in the City! I can't wait!!!!!

Communication issues, lot of mixups, repeats mundane information a lot. Today's appointment we waited so long just for him to tell us we would not have any more appointments or treatments for 3 weeks. No scan, barely even looked at patient, did not inspect or assess progress of treatment area at all.

The secretaries are helpful, the nurses are good, the doctor who helped me wasn't pushy on getting all this different stuff. I just started my first week on my testosterone shots. I chose to do them at home so I got my first shot at victory men's health then they send you the rest. About a week later I noticed I noticed I haven't gotten my package and when I called, Angela helped me and said she is going to try and figure out what happened. I received a phone call about 30 mins later from robin (O'Fallon location) and I put the wrong address down. But robin was extremely sweet and helpful and I got the package back from my neighbor. I also dealt with Angela from the beginning and she was really nice and helpful. They make you feel comfortable almost to the point where you feel like family. They have the best costumer service I've ever dealt with and I'm very happy with the experience thus far and they have made me a continuing customer. Thanks Angela and Robin for helping!
