Dr Sharma is awesome! He helped my frozen shoulder that was misdiagnosed in Texas. He even saw me later for broken toes/meditarsils.

"He has to have the worst PA. Daniel Rossi has the worst bedside manner. He acts like he is God. I would not recommend him to elderly people. He is rude, disrespectful, and does not explain things. I have never been treated this way by a doctor--horrible experience. " read more

This surgeon (Dr. Greatting) did a total shoulder replacement on me three years ago. I kept going back to him, telling him something was wrong. He kept telling me to do more PT. I had done 8 weeks of PT, more than required. After 8 months, I went to see another orthopedic doctor, this time in St. Louis. He took one look at me and said, something is wrong. Did an xray and said that doctor put the wrong size "ball" in my shoulder. I had to have a total shoulder revision (reverse shoulder surgery) I will have pain for the rest of my life. I am only 57. Procedure went well but still left 2 larger stones instead of one super large one. Was able to pass one of the halves on my own successfully with no problem. Went back in to see Chalian and he ordered that I have the internal surgery that has potential dangers of tearing. I said no, i didn't want to have the procedure and instead wanted to pass it on my own as I had the other with great success. He got very frustrated with me, tell me I was making a mistake. I assured him I was not feeling any of the pain I was before so why have the invasive surgery? He ordered that I have an ultrasound (very spendy ultrasound!) immediately onsite to prove to me that he was right and it was causing my kidney issue. Results came back that my kidney was just fine, no swelling whatsoever. I confirmed that I would absolutely not be having the surgery and never returned to see him again. Passed the stone just fine on my own with no surgery needed. His attitude towards me, a forty year old female, was that of he knew better than I did about what my body was feeling and that he was going to strong arm me into having the invasive surgery. And all this after I was left to wait in the freezing cold room for almost an hour waiting for him to come in. Finally had to peek out to make sure I hadn't been completely forgotten. Otherwise, reception staff were nice, but wait times there were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

I yelped "emergency dental" and saw the post from a patient who had an emergency and was also on vacation. So, while on the road heading to Springfield, at 7:40 this morning we called Dr. Capati's after hours number and told him what happened. He said to call his staff at 8:00 and we did; they were able to squeeze in Stephen at 2:50 pm. The staff texted him a link for dental information (ie name, address, issues, etc) and by the time we arrived, everything was taken care of. He was done within 45 minutes and he said the tooth feels great. He's extremely happy and gives high praise to the staff and doctor.

Be careful if you are a new patient! They do not do annual cleaning for the patient, instead they…read moredo first time visit cleaning which your insurance usually will not cover it 100%. I have made the call to do annual cleaning but it ended up be another "advanced" cleaning, named as: first time visit cleaning. This cleaning might be needed if you have not do your dental appt for more than 5-10 years, but for most ppl with insurance covered, we do cleaning annually, this advanced check make no sense, especially the dental trying to play the game to not mentioning specifically that they are doing a cleaning that will not be covered by insurance completely. So remember to ask clearly before they give you anything to sign!

I had a large outstanding balance for several years, (due to insurance being cancelled without my knowledge), never once did he even mention it. My kids loved him. We had to transfer because new insurance limitations but if I could, I would switch back in a heartbeat!
