I think some times she just ameliorates me because I freak out over my health, but at least she cares enough about my concerns to actually check out what is going on. Sarah may have an appointment scheduled for 15 minutes, but she will stay longer if needed. This causes a bit of a back up for other patients, but in the long run I wouldn't choose a different physician.

I asked for a telemedicine appointment and they said they don't do that (they did during covid). I take at home UTI tests and if I get a positive I call for an appointment. They tell me they can get me in two days later, which is unacceptable with UTI's and me. I almost died from one a few years ago. I asked to have a prescription called in "no we don't do that" I asked to have the doctor call me "we don't do that" I said what good is it to have a primary care doctor if they can never see you. She just said it our policy and she didn't make them. I demanded her put a note in for the doctor to call me and she said I will, but she didn't because big shock the doctor did not call back. I ended up going to urgent care, (much more expensive) but this office does not care. Like I said the doctor care when you can get in is great and so are the front desk people. It's just the fact that me as a patient trying to be seen, is not really "seen". I guess you can only get an appointment with your doctor if and when it is convenient for them. Take away, don't need a doctor on your time and schedule, tell your body to not get infections, or need to be seen by your doctor.
