I started at the Wal-Mart call center working for manpower. 4 days into training they pulled me to…read morethe side and told me they cant hire me based on my background. They told me to call to find out what was on my background that was so bad. (I had done nothing) So I waited until they sent me a copy. There 1 was charge. A misdemeanor foe tresspasinng... Even throu federal law states they have to let me explain and take that into consideration. They did not. They were rude. They didn't give mree any chance.e to explain. Wal-Mart call-center was great. But DO NOT go throu man power to get there. I even tried calling the office and the man wouldnt listen to me. He laughed and said "we dont have to do anything" thats when I asked them to send me a copy. This company was rude. Treated its employees like children. And you will be nothing other then expendable to them.
