He laughed and said "we dont have to do anything" thats when I asked them to send me a copy. This company was rude. Treated its employees like children. I should have known then! I did not pay at that time so a guy actually did show up (late of course.) He sent a few pictures when he finished so I payed him. I am so angry I didn't look closer, it just didn't occur to me that he wouldn't clean! When I went over there the next day I was very upset to see the only thing he had done was rinse the cleaner off the shower and sink that I had sprayed on and vacuumed one room, not the edges or baseboards. He did not have the right cleaning products for stainless steel appliances or ceramic cooktop. I don't think he even wiped them off at all. I know he didn't clean the countertop, wipe out drawers, cabinets or refrigerator. I am not exaggerating how bad it was. He did almost NOTHING. My kid has a black lab that sheds like crazy and there was still dog hair everywhere, a dead beetle beside the toilet and the floor was still dirty, didn't even open the door to the pantry or washer and dryer areas. I took pictures and sent to him. He called immediately and offered a partial refund. I argued for full refund because I had to clean the place myself. He blocked my number and never sent anything. I would also like to note that I clearly warned him several times that it was a LOT of hair from the dog so he could decline if they didn't want to do it. ***Response: I'm sorry I said that I was working my a** off. I didn't mean to offend you. I was very angry. The bottom line is that you took a job and failed to do it. The proof is that you quickly offered a refund. You said it would take 7 days. I've waited 17 and haven't received it. The only thing I can do now is warn others. I'm very sorry it's come to this.

Our first meeting was great! Alisa sounded like she knew what she was doing and asked a lot of good questions. That was basically the last we heard from her. She did finish the 2 individual returns, but, as far as we can tell did absolutely nothing, save file an extension, for the company. No emails or phone calls were answered or replied to. Sat in her office one day until she made time, and was assured that we were close. Sent an email last week stating her/their services are no longer needed....and still didn't hear anything in reply. We really wanted to like them and use them going forward, but .... I'm certainly glad to hear that someone there responds and gets things done, however, I could not recommend and would suggest not even making the initial phone call....

He told me 3 or 4 times that my boat was being worked on (I absolutely see no evidence that this was true) and then, even when he told me he would give me a call to give me an update - would not and did not. I finally just went and got my boat and would NOT recommend him to anyone. This has no bearing on those that work there - this is all on him. They were busy "moving in" to a new place (heard this excuse multiple times) but, if you don't take care of your customers, you won't have a business for long.
