Been pretty satisfied with OT Palo Alto. I originally singed up in 2007 after being laid off and they found me a couple of great temp positions. One was even going to be perm! I ended up not accepting as it didn't fit for our family at the time. I did take some time out of the job pool, only to reenter about a year ago, and again went with OT to help find positions. There were wonderful in finding me exactly what I was looking for - 1 off jobs with a flexible schedule. The staff turn over has been high since signing on again in 2011, but have finally found a great group of staffers who seem to have my best interest in mind. I am also working with them on hiring temps for my current assignment, and OT has been great about listening to what it is I need and providing exactly that. They have been open to criticism on certain candidates, and do their very best to correct it quickly. OfficeTeam was great for me when I wanted to find a job immediately. As soon as Jenny met me, she already had ideas of where to place me. In the beginning of placement, Jenny was very attentive and called me with questions about how I was liking it and if it was a good placement. Once I said I was good, I didn't hear from OfficeTeam again until I tried to contact them. I will say Jenny was out a lot and I really did not enjoy calling the Office. The secretaries always seemed flustered and busy and put me on hold and then off hold to ask me my name and why I was calling. You think they would get all that info before they put me on hold. I usually could be patched through to Drew and he would give me answers I was looking for. I have only been on one assignment so for now I am satisfied. I hope my next assignment will work out just as well. read more

I contacted office team and within a week I had gone and interviewed. They were so quick, and I was placed in a job that's a perfect fit! They have helped my friend get bought as a permanent hire, and if you need a job, they're the group to call. There are downsides to working with any temp agencies though- they're working for your employer, not you. You're not the one paying them, so I don't see how it can work any other way. So if not ALL of your needs are being met, but you're getting a regular paycheck, count your blessings. We all know plenty of newly grads who would love to fill your shoes. read more

I have to confirm the fact that these guys don't call you back. Why? They use the good ol' "i was too busy" to give you a call. I left 4-5 calls regarding a job position I replied to and waited 4 business days for a call back, and while waiting the assignment was being filled. WTF? When I was finally able to get a live human being on the phone after demanding one, they wanted me to go through the interview process. Are you kidding me?
