I got a ring here that the stone fell out of right away. We came back within the warranty period…read more(we also bought the protection plan) and it was replaced. The stone fell out of that one within a few weeks. This time we returned it and just decided to go with a different ring. When we were going through this I specifically asked them about the protectin plan because it says the stones aren't covered. I was told on two separate occasions not to worry about that. If the ring was defective it would be returned and replaced under the warranty. This ring, like the last has lost a stone. I just went to have it looked after and was told I had to pay to replace the stones. I told them I was told explicity that the ring would be replaced, and that the fine print that I asked about was not applicable if it was defective. They refuse to honour what two of their sales associates told me. So not only are their products of questionable quality but their customer service is as well. Do not believe them when they tell you the protection plan will cover you. Better yet, just go to one of the other jewelery stores.

The staff at this jewelry store are top notch... I took my ring in to be cleaned only to be told…read morethat a number of the diamonds where loose and it was just a matter of time before they started to pop out of the setting all together. Being that my ring was originally purchased for 1250.00..! I didn't hesitate to allow it to be sent off to have the diamonds reset and the ring recoated with rhodium (a platinum derivative) I was told it would take up to 2 to 3 weeks for it to come back. I was very pleasantly surprised to get a call just 6 days later that my ring was ready for pick up. Wow..! I was stunned at how good it looked. I have been wearing it for 13 years and when it came back it looked the same as the day I bought it. 65.00 for the repair well spent. It is nice to know that the diamonds are now secure once more and will likely stay that way for at least another decade or more. Thank you very much Peoples and also a big thank you to the lady that showed me just how close I'd come to loosing one if not more of the stones in my ring!..
