When called, they claim aspen reached out the day before to reschedule. Which also was not true. Never received a text, e-mail, or phone call. I've now missed two days of work for this extraction and have yet to get it. Now I'm rescheduled for next week hoping I don't get cancelled again. It's already bad enough when you have anxiety about going to the dentist and have to prepare yourself mentally only to be told not today , reschedule, not today, reschedule. This is a new dentist for me and it's already not looking good.
