My brokerage featured him in a meeting regarding Prop 19 and real estate, I felt like we'd be in a safe pair of hands. Bob Lamm was cordial and voiced a willingness in the meeting to look over the trust and make recommendations. My mother left the documentation with him and told him that his expertise was valued and while not in a rush, we would the trust to be updated. He agreed and accepted the bound documents. One month went by, then another, nothing, not a phone call, no response whatsoever; I was so surprised to be dropped like that without a notion of what was happening. Honesty is the best policy, if the trust was not worth his time, Bob Lamm could have expressed this in a diplomatic fashion, my mother, while proud of her well organized leather bound trust is under no illusion that it is anything more than modest size and we would not be offended if he had been forthright and honest and recommended another company. Instead, I phoned the office 2.5 months after the initial meeting and left a message with the reception that we hadn't heard anything from Bob Lamm and that I would like to come by and pick up the trust. No response! A few weeks pass and I call the office again and ask when I can come by...the reception replies to my query says, "Oh, it's here, up in front". Really???? All the sensitive documents have been sitting up at the reception desk for goodness knows how long with NO ATTEMPT to contact me and let me know it is there? Wow. Wow. Message received, our business is not needed nor welcome. Bob Lamm's behavior was appallingly unprofessional and possibly in violation of some privacy protocols. My review stems from her actions between 2012-2013 when she was appointed Minors Counsel for my Daughter and the long term effects her actions created. I won't detail out everything that took place but all provide some highlights. During the six months that Barbara met with my daughter, my daughter expressed a desire to live with me full time, or at the least a shared 50/50 custody. In the required private meetings I had with Barbara she accused me of Coaching My daughter. Flat out lie on her behalf. When I detailed to her concerns about the mother, namely the way she was brought up and the fact that she as a child was a victim of Parental Alienation Syndrome, and she was repeating the same upbringing with our daughter, Barbara had to make a statement that not only was she an attorney she was a licensed therapist, and that she did not believe my ex. mimicked any of those behavioral traits. During this almost two year custody hearing(s) my daughter was also seeing a court ordered Psychologist. I requested this because I knew my daughter would need the help, her mother and her attorney tried everything they could to not allow this to occur. During this period Barbara was suppose to do periodic conference calls with the Psychologist which she failed to do. It was only at the last minute days before the final hearing that she made a call, and that call lasted about 15 minutes. At the conclusion Barbara felt she knew what was best for my daughter and not the Psychologist. At the day of the hearing Barbara put into place a visitation schedule that had me only seeing my daughter at 30%. Requiring me to travel 20 miles for an afternoon visitation once a week for four hours. My weekend visitations I had to pick up my daughter at 7pm on Friday and have her back to her mothers by 8pm Sunday. She put into the order that I had to maintain any extracurricular activity that the mother put into place. To retaliate, the mother enrolled our daughter in any activity she could find that was local to her house. Gymnastics, Diving, etc... Basically she did everything she could to eat up any one on one time I would have with my daughter, and she made it a point to show up at each activity when I brought my daughter which made my daughter nervous about spending time with me. My daughter over the next two years got more and more frustrated with the schedule. Her mother was not going to compromise and my daughter withdrew from the close relationship we had. If came to a head in 2014 when my daughter stated she no longer wanted to spend time with me. All because Barbara failed to act in her best interests and failed to address the problems developing from her custody schedule. Even my daughter tried to plead with her after the case was finalized. I attempted multiple times to go back to court and have things changed but the Judge sided with Barbara's skewed assessment each time. I won't detail my daughters high school years other than I had to threaten the school with a lawsuit if they did not intervene and get her on track with her education. The mother could care less and if our daughter failed she was ok with that because she knew how important education was too me. Within five days of graduation my ex moved to another county and never notified to the court or myself as to where she had taken my daughter. It took almost eight months for me to find her. Barbara was non responsive when I contacted her office to inform her of this. Moving forward my daughter was going to a 4 year university out of state, (again I was never notified) and she lasted 3 semesters. Her IG account reflected a life of too much partying in school. She ended up moving back in with her mom which I knew was going to turn into a S show. Within about one year her mother kicked her out of the house, that was two years ago. So what became of my daughter. She is now a Stripper, does online Pay per view Porn, has a Only Fans Page all porn, and she spent last year as one of several young girls to a "Sugar Daddy" hareem. Based on where she recently moved I am guessing he got bored of her and kicked her to the curb. Frankly I don't think she will make it to 30 based on what's going on in her life, and no matter how hard I have tried to communicate with her she refuses. This outcome is direct result of Barbara and her skewed belief that she is more knowledgeable on what it best for a child based on her so called therapist certification. As I stated above she felt her assessment of the situation was better than that of a Psychologist and failed to take into consideration the endless amount of evidence that I brought forth to her showing her that the mother was going suffering from Parental Alienation Syndrome.
