It's hard to find a doctor that you really and truly feel comfortable sharing medical history and information with. I had gone to Blue Bell Family Practice for a severe illness and had been misdiagnosed to the point that I had to be hospitialized over New Years two years ago. I should've known the Dr. wasn't "all there" when she showed up in a two-sizes two small track suit, chewing gum and not being able to ask me questions about what was truly ailing me. Yikes! A friend of mine suggested LMG Family Practice, specifically because their office is on the corner of 73 and 202 in Blue Bell - a 2 minute drive away. I got an appointment with Dr. Charles Kish - within minutes, I was hooked. Dr. Kish treats me like I'm an individual, he looks over everything, he's thorough and when I bring something up that needs attention, he never looks at me like I'm wasting his time or that I'm crazy. Recently I was diagnosed with arthritis at age 34 - he never said "Oh you are crazy, you are too young," especially as I have other underlying factors that pushed the arthritis. The front desk staff is also truly great. Robin (Office Manager) and Sarah (RN) are always helpful and get me in when I need to be seen. If ever I have a question, they are quick to call back, get information or get me referrals. I have truly found an office that cares. Thank you LMG!

My wife…read moreand I are both LGBT and we have been treated very well and with respect by all members of the staff. They always offer a smiling face and great bedside manner. The nurses especially are amazing. When my wife explained to one of them, I use a different name and pronouns due to being transgender she made a real effort to remember on later visits and honor them. It made me feel good as almost no one does that in the medical field in my experiences. They always offer complete care and ask if I have any other questions. Highly recommend to anyone.

Today I want to say that their staff is among the best! I had a bit of emergency yesterday...when I called, I spoke to Regina who is very kind and helpful...there were no immediate appts with Dr Markos so she transferred me to Triage where I spoke to Lisa. Again, outstanding help and took all my information and sent it over to Dr. Markos. She called back with directions from Dr. Markos for me to go to the ER. Today I called to see if Dr Markos had any cancellations so I could see him soon. Spoke to another young lady who was also wonderful and did find me an appointment. The "staff" often get forgotten or lost in the reviews with doctors taking precedence. But these ladies went above and beyond and I feel need the recognition as well. So thank you to them and all of the great staff at US Digestive Health. I couldn't be more thankful!

I went to the center of G.I. house for a routine colonoscopy. After all of the prep work, all of…read morethat starvation, I ended up sitting in the lobby for about 40 minutes. There seem to be a lot of miscommunications and confusion at the receptionist but finally they called my name and took me back to where all the action is. The nurses and the doctor were professional, and very very nice. Next thing I know, I woke up with candid photos of my sphincter. No I'm not posting them. All in all it was a good experience and I'm willing to forgive the front of the house. They probably just got a little behind (get it?).

He communicated clearly with me and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed during any of my appointments with him, and he took as much time as was necessary to answer my questions. He was very thorough and had me get a bunch of tests to help diagnose my issue. I felt like he really cared about me and really wanted to get to the bottom of my issue.
