The wife signed the addendum agreeing to purchase our house BUT, the husband signed a MODIFIED addendum that was NOT agreeing to purchase the home.... Dan didn't see the mistake BUT, WHY Dan didn't submit this addendum to sign electronically by both buyers?? rest of the contract and inspection was signed electronically so, why not the addendum?
