The assistants are also rude and have no sort of urgency or concern for their patients. 0/10 do not recommend. This place is a money grab and I fear I actually had no cavities the whole time, they just wanted a little cash. He started a procedure on me about 3 years ago and it was a horrible experience. I was held down by two assistants, or so they claim they are, the numbing medicine was wearing off and when i tried to bring it to their attention i was told "it's just pressure not pain". HORRIBLE establishment, along with the one in Baton Rouge. I do not recommend you bring your kids here especially because they cannot voice themselves without being told that they don't know what they're talking about and then be brought into a back room with the door closed and locked, having "procedures" done, not allowing anyone else inside of the room. This is all personal experience and I genuinely would never recommend this place to anyone. Dr ripple has also made several uncomfortable statements to my sister and i, whom were underage at that time. Always caressing our shoulders and being odd.

Absolutely wonderful first experience here today!…read more I'll start by saying, I personally have extreme dental anxiety and it has caused me to delay bringing my kids to the dentist. I was afraid to bring my son, super anxious, very nervous. My son was having some issues, so I called the emergency line over the weekend. I was frantic and crying. Within minutes of leaving a message, Dr. Paige text me for photos. She called me right after and completely calmed me down and reassured me that everything would be fine. Her office called me and scheduled me the following Monday, two days ago. Today we went in. The office is super clean. Very conveniently located. They had Moana on the tv in the waiting area (: We arrived 35 mins early and we were still taken back immediately. We literally waited less than 3 mins. My son got xrays, a cleaning, and an exam with Dr. Paige. Start to finish, everything went great! Everyone was very nice, great energy, very welcoming. I love that parents can sit with their little ones while they have their cleaning done. Dr. Paige is just awesome! She has a very calming aura. She took my anxiety from a 10 to a 2. My son loved her too! The whole staff! My son left saying he had the best day ever at the dentist! He wasn't scared at all and can't wait to come back! Also, I absolutely love Amy! She also reassured me on multiple occasions and has helped me to feel more comfortable in a dental atmosphere. She is so caring and kind, the type of person that you want to be around your kids! 1000/10 recommend! I came in scared and left feeling safe!

Even when mama bear is freaking out over potential oral surgery! Thank you to Dr. Comeaux and his assistants for being the absolute most caring with my boy! They make him feel like a celebrity every time with their amazing bedside manner and thorough care!

She had to stay home from school and not eat almost the entire day for a procedure. Our apt was for 430. She didnt drink her sedatives until 5. Around 520 they took her back for the procedure. I asked the assistant if she needed help carrying her she told me no. I then asked if I was to follow and she said no parents allowed. I then replied with well I wasn't made aware of that and sat down disappointed. Minutes later the nurse comes out saying I seemed upset and we could cancel the procedure. I said no our dentist couldn't do it only he could and we were prepared today. My face may have looked upset but I didnt raise my voice cuss or say anything inappropriate. She went back to talk with him then informed me he wasn't comfortable doing the procedure anymore bc I seemed uncomfortable. I said their must be a miscommunication and asked to speak directly with him. She leaves again and this time returns with my daughter. Repeats he doesn't want to do it anymore, he already started another patient at almost 6pm. Any mom is concerned with any procedure and more so if you bring their almost unconscious child somewhere unfamiliar with them...what's the problem? They watched me struggle to get my drugged daughter to the car with no help at all. The nurse also told me I needed to go back to my dentist "who lets me go to the back for procedures" and when I asked what we were going to do for mu daughter as he said this procedure needed to be done quickly, she stated " this procedure needed to be done long ago and its not our fault she wont have it done." I understand policies and I never disagreed with it, I just voiced i wasn't told or must have misheard and that I was upset but not at anyone just needed to digest it...THAT warranted drugging my kid and sending us out the door??? Makes you wonder what they do behind those doors and i actually thank God we were denied their service. I've had multiple people reach out to me and tell me things about this place that I wish I would have known or researched better before hand!! Ill also add the ascension location is a complete mad house, the lady that checked me out didnt know what she was doing and took forever, my apt was over an hour for a consult, and when I called they put me on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up and called again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but NEVER again.

The earliest they had was the following week, so I took it and also scheduled an cleaning for my daughter. They had the most thoroughly executed practices in place to make sure they were able to see patients in the best way possible. I had to call when I arrived, a hygenist came to my car to let me know they were ready for me, gave me hand sanitizer upon entry and took my temperature. I was brought back to the treatment room ASAP, filled out some paperwork and the hygenist quickly went to work. Dr. Nguyen came in after a bit (about a 25-30 minute wait until she arrived) spoke to me about what was going on, looked at x-rays and gave me some thorough explanations and possible reasons as to why something was how it was. I appreciated this so much! Her chair-side manor was wonderful! Appointments are hard to come by right now, but I am going to be patient because of the current situation. I'm just happy that I can be seen. Let me add that the staff here is so wonderful! Thanks Tiger Town Dental!

Walking in, the office looked clean and organized. The staff here was welcoming. Another good thing about this office, they are efficient and timely. The wait time was not long at all. Dr. Nguyen definitely fit the qualities of the dentist I was looking for. We discussed treatment plans and gave me her opinion. I didn't feel the pressures as I did in the other offices (as if I was purchasing a car). She comes off as conservative with treatments and honest. While working on me, I didn't feel rushed. She checked on me often to see if I needed breaks. Definitely would be my dentist of choice now.
