We wasted about $450 of appraisal money with this company and eventually ended up closing our refinance with another company while this company was still trying to decision our application. They asked for items that no one else has ever asked for before (e.g., verifying our electronic payment payroll from our employers despite giving them financial information such as W-2's attesting to the source). From the get go they were bad. Their appraiser showed almost two hours late to the appointment and everything was just bad from that point on. Throughout the process we were the ones that had to be proactive constantly requesting updates. Stay away from this company unless you have no other choice for your mortgage.
