We scheduled a consultation and the woman that I spoke to was very rude, talking over me and obviously not paying attention to me. Then I ran into another issue, talked to their paralegal, who seemed confident that he and the attorneys could help. So I called the front and gave them the retainer. Then crickets. This was a matter that could've been solved with a letter, maybe two, from an attorney. I wrote a termination letter and received my money back promptly. Then a few days ago, I get a call asking about the "other matter" that I needed to hire them for. I called back the next day and told them that they don't care to call back for a few months, and I had paid the retainer and not heard back, so I feel like no one there cares.
