Altogether, I have found they do this only off and on and this has been an issue for me for over 3 years, since they moved in. They go a few weeks turning out the lights when they leave at night, which I very much appreciate, and then it seems they forget or just do not bother for some days. The glare from their entire suite's lights shining into my home after dark is disturbing. Unfortunately, I cannot help but notice from my living room when it seems there is no more motion in the suite, as the building is closer than it appears in the photos, and the glare from the lights is very bright. The last few nights, the lights went out late again around 9pm, while the suite was empty most of the evening into night, and it gets dark early now. Once again, the general public may wish to know how they conduct their business concerning their neighbors. Their building is zoned "Gateway Commercial" adjacent to our "Highrise Residential" building in the small .6 sq mile borough. Although they may have a different opinion, they appear to be the only offenders of what my attorney considers to be light trespass. In PA light trespass is considered a nuisance. It is considered light spillage into my uniquely situated unit closest to and on the same level as their suite. It's a thorn in my side. Every night I wait to see when the lights will go out and I will enjoy my living room in peace. All they have to do is turn out the lights when they leave at night, or install a timer or motion light sensors. This was never an issue before they moved in Summer of 2022.
