Knows the law, knows the system. He gets things done. Jay Oppenheimer, another lawyer who works with him, is especially good at money and investment issues. Good non-professional support staff, too. Stewart writes a legal-advice column in the Northeast Times. Their office is in a crummy storefront on a busy shopping street near the bus stop and post office.

When I talked to the receptionist, I was informed that was for a very basic Will without any changes. That statement told me to expect "add-on fees." I could be wrong. Next, I asked about a "Living Will." Was told she would check on that. She asked "someone" behind the wall. She informed me that it would be over $300. There again, can't remember the exact amount, somewhere between 300 and 400 dollars. When I expressed my shock at such a high amount for it, she replied, "That's why I checked, everyone complains about that amount." If, as stated, he "knows the law, knows the system," why is he charging his clients such outrageous prices for modifying standard forms? Needless to say, he out-priced himself in my book. Proves "Caveat emptor." Let the buyer beware!
