I've seen some pretty deceitful things from agents in an attempt to get a client or make a sale. So I'm a hard customer to please. And I was blown away by how hard Robert worked for us and how honest he was in his dealings. When we decided to look at a home where he was representing the seller as well, he went above and beyond by pointing out the downsides of dual agency. (Many agents will claim they can "save you some money" by being a dual agent, but they won't point out the serious conflict of interest in that situation. My wife and I had been researching the Bluffton and Beaufort areas for some time from our home in Northern VA.
