Joan Baird assisted me in locating a rental that met all my requirements - location, amenities and dates. I signed a lease in February to lock in all of July and August. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in May. I immediately contacted Foley to change rental to only July. I posted the available weeks on social media. They were able to rent ALL weeks for $500/week more than what I had contracted for summer. THERE WAS NO LOSS OF INCOME. But the lease states that any cancellation must pay percentage so Foley charged me $1452. I asked if this could be waived or reduced and was denied by Kara Foley, Foley Broker/Owner along with Erika Capobianco, Manager of Rentals. No one plans on breast cancer. I am disappointed that two businesswoman could not identify with a sister. Just want to share my experience with you.

The president of this agency - Dennis Murphy is a complete scumbag!…read more He works as a host for Airbnb located at 290 Menauhant Rd, East Falmouth, MA 02536. He and the owner of the property lied about everything and put up misleading photos. We paid $4,109 for one week!!! We found bodily fluids, feces, dirt and mold all over the place, safety issues for kids, and complete disregard for CD19 guidelines. Safety issues include no spindles on a short railing leading to the sun porch, where 2-year old kept falling out. All the faucets in the house have hot and cold separate and hot comes out above 130, so many times kids and adults would turn left handle first and get scalded by practically boiling water. There was mold in every AC unit, on the shower ceiling, and in other areas. Basement has not been ventilated in a very long time and has mold everywhere and water damage on ceiling tiles. One of the guests developed a skin rash on her face and back of her neck after sleeping there for two nights in a row. The backyard has lots of overgrown plants and vegetation that hosts tons of rodents and where multiple propane tanks and hoses are just laying around. There were animal feces all of the backyard. The grill hasn't been cleaned out at all. On the evening of our arrival, we cooked 4 stakes, so the temp was on high, then we put chicken thighs on and the bottom, and the sides of the grill caught on fire. When we opened the doors at the bottom of the grill we were horrified to see a dripping pin filled with oil all the way to the edge - see attached pictures. cd19 issues: This property was not been disinfected prior to our arrival. It looked as if it wasn't event cleaned this whole season, and the AC units have never been cleaned out and disinfected. The house did not have any disinfectants in supply, no paper towels or hand soap or dish-washing fluid, and no toilet paper. all the coach cushions had disgusting stains and some smelled of urine! We have filed complaint against the host and the owner with Falmouth Health Department and State Health Department
