June, the receptionist, is wonderful at calling to remind you of appointments, dealing with insurance, and scheduling. She always has a smile on her face. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see the doctor - once I came at 4:30 for a 5:00 appointment, was brought in 5 minutes before my appointment time, and Dr. Han apologized to me for having to wait!
