We discussed several courses of action, and he suggested as to what he thought would work best. The selling strategy we chose together, had multiple offers in less than a week, the property ended up setting a new complex record for price by just under 10% and was an easy 10 day all cash close. Rob was happy to do the heavy lifting and kept me informed throughout the process. If you want an agent that will get you the most for your property and make the process easy for you as a client, Rob is your best option. Home purchase: We needed to pick up a property expeditiously in an extremely competitive market. This was due to limited time on a 1031 exchange. Since we needed to act quickly.
