In no uncertain terms he informed me that next time he would charge me for his time if I was not adequately prepared. He did this in front of his employee. I was 70 years old; not a child and certainly his elder. He had a meeting he was late for and took it out on me. I was on time and actually sitting in the waiting room when he asked an employee to go out to get food for the meeting. I was going to let it slide but his unprofessional conduct is too much. I will never use his services again and would caution others. His staff is exceptional and I appreciate their dedication. I certainly would not want to spend my day trying to please him.
