I set one of the knives on the counter (apparently the edge of the counter) the knife fell 32 inches and I laid my toe open. This knife is so sharp I never felt the cut! When I expressed knowledge of the tool steel they use (O1, oil hardening tool steel), they showed me around how they make their product. Very impressed with the whole operation. Great folks.
