I wasn't sure who to talk to about my vehicle, and somehow my ticket was lost, so I wasn't informed that my truck was done. After a while, I figured "it has to be done by now," and sure enough, it was sitting there in the lot completed. It had probably been finished for 30 minutes or more, but no one told me--I had to ask. So, all in all, quality work on the vehicle, fair price, but a little chaotic and disorganized.

Open this time told them what I wanted and they said we're about to close we can't do that. Then proceeded to tell me on Thursday they are closed till Monday. Guess they would rather get ready for Easter than deal with customers. I've had good experiences in the past but I'll go other places now. Very poor customer service.

Absolute worst attempt at fraud I've ever dealt with and this place has no idea what customer…read moreservice is at all. I brought my car to have a diagnosis done because it wouldn't start. They were supposed to call me, tell me what the problem was and get my authorization to fix the problem. They did not get my authorization, just did the work and demanded over $200 for the unauthorized repair. Then, they sent one of their "mechanics" to my employer to tell him that it was done. I told them when I dropped the vehicle off that it would be the 20th before I would be able to pick it up. Suddenly now they want a $30 a day "storage fee" that was never disclosed to me when I authorized them to diagnose the issue. Looking at other reviews I'm seeing on Google and Facebook, it looks like fraud is a way of life for them. Well, now the attorney general and BBB are involved. Hope trying to commit $200 in fraud was worth it.
