This is our second time using them as we had them replace our carpet about 12 years ago. Their excellent customer service, knowledge of their products and the professionalism of the installers is what made us reach out to them for a second time. Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! While the vet and trainer are helping us sort out Houdini's separation anxiety, I called Chem Dry for their reputation in PURT. Jon came out assessed and treated. He was courteous and professional. He wore a mask. I usually get migraines from scented products and expected the treatment to be a problem. It's actually a light fresh scent and the apartment already smells better. Will always recommend Chem Dry. This is the third time I've used their services, but the first time for the Bloomington location and my best experience of the three.
