Do not use this company. I called from CA last year to have three ancestor's headstones repaired…read moreat a nearby cemetery. A $1100 payment was required upfront. I was told the repair had to take place in the Spring, about 6 months away. I sent off the check, no receipt, no word from the company until I called late Spring. Then, as if I had just refreshed their memories, a photo was sent with the three monuments and some concrete forms. After that, no word. I just got back from a visit out East, and I visited this cemetery, the headstones repaired, but not cleaned (a maybe $100 item at other cemeteries that I assumed would be included). I called Logan Monument, left message, and got no reply. I've done repairs/cleanings at other cemeteries across the country, much cheaper and better service, ALWAYS a photo sent upon completion. PS-I finally got through, the woman kept interrupting, then hung up on me. So much for their customer service department.

They are the kindest, most caring people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. My husband and I have been to so many different funeral homes that we have walked out saying they looked so unnatural, and not real. I can say without hesitation that Rhett is a perfectionist and has an artist's touch in making your loved one look just as if they were sleeping, as did his father before him. After reading some of the previous reviews and having the opportunity to work for them for a short time, I can tell you that you would have never been asked to leave the Funeral home without a very good reason, such as drugs, alcohol, or crude behavior that might reflect poorly on their character and the integrity of his business. Not only does this family care deeply for loved ones who have suffered loss, but their entire communities surrounding them.
