I would like to tell you what a wonderful staff you had on that evening. I needed some rubber finger tips and decided to go into your store. We had just left the Chili's restaurant and the girl told us there was a Tornado warning. When we got inside Susan the cashier advised us that a tornado was heading our way and was only 15 miles away. She invited us to stay in the store until it passed. My husband and I have never experienced a Tornado ever in our life and this was a very scary ordeal for us. We were staying at Motel 6 and it was a few miles away so we decided to stay. Your staff, Susan, Ericka, Jarrod, John and I think his name is Bao all made us feel very welcome. We sat in the back lunch room and listened to the radio and monitored the tornado on the internet. They kept our minds busy and an hour passed and the tornado had gone over us. My husband and I would like to thank your staff for their kindness and hospitality that day. We are so grateful. They attempted to deliver a crushed box with a large hole in the carton; I refused delivery. Contacted Office Depot who PROMISED me delivery on December 18, 2015 -- NO delivery. ONCE AGAIN, I contacted Office Depot and spoke to a supervisor, who re-issued my order since a female agent chose to cancel my order and asked me to reorder. This was upsetting because this was part of a larger order whereby I did not have to pay delivery charges. If I reordered this bookcase I would be forced to pay an extremely expensive delivery charge. The supervisor PROMISED me delivery today, December 21, 2015, WITHOUT FAIL -- again, NO delivery. Called store to inquire about delivery; woman answered very abruptly saying, "we're terribly busy in the store right now", which was such a welcome greeting [sarcasm]. If you desire to be treated as an inconvenience, this is the place to go. I most definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this store to anyone!
