I'm posting 5 stars because we aim to please our customers. The 2 horrible reviews that are permanently posted are shameful. One was from a competitor and the other was when my daughter was in preterm labor at 26 weeks. I was the secretary. At that time my daughter and granddaughter were what was important to us. She was born at 29 weeks and in icu for 3 months. I have requested twice over the years for Yelp to take down and they refuse. Yet they also refuse to post the positive comments from customers if they don't have a yelp account(according to a rep) Give us a call. I was very pleased with Ray Roberts staff. They were very polite and professional. Work ethics were awesome and I love my new roof. Roberts Roofing & Gutters is definitely not out of business. They were highly recommended​ by several of my friends. It gave me peace knowing they are State and locally licensed and insured. That was important after some Jack rabbit trying to rip off a widow.. Mr. Roberts is nice and knows what he is talking about when it comes to roofing. His staff works hard and quickly to get the job done. We have had them out twice to do work for us. They were very efficient, cleaned up all debris from the job and everything looks great. Have never had an issue with return phone calls. They even tracked me down by caller ID at my work number when the answering machine cut me off before leaving number. Currently in discussion for another home improvement job we have.
