His teacher was amazing, the office staff are always so kind and helpful and I love that everyone makes you feel like family. Doing my son's first year of school during Covid was really hard because we didn't get to experience the normal stuff, but KCA did such a great job navigating all of that and keeping the parents up to date. It's so obvious how much they all love and care for their students and their families. I absolutely recommend looking into KCA if you are looking for an elementary or middle school. My children are now academically challenged and they couldn't be happier. They love the curriculum and everything that DES has to offer. Mr. Bellmyer and Mrs. Scharwath are great teachers and I'm glad we are lucky enough to have them as role models for our munchkins. Class sizes are small, the new leader program is amazing, and when they say they truly understand that "one size does not fit all", they mean it! They even accommodated the school lunch menu to include vegetarian options for our child. My son loves using his iPad and my daughter has become very efficient at using her Chromebook. The only disappointment was that they do not offer Rosetta-Stone or dual language learning. Maybe this can be achieved in the near future. Principal Ellis is doing an amazing job and DES truly looks out for their students! It doesn't go unnoticed, keep up the great work!!

Mrs. Karen was wonderful and loving. I loved Mrs. Angelique and thought her approach to requiring slightly more out of the children was age appropriate. My son loved all his teachers, including Mrs. Vice and Mrs. Napoli. Not to mention, all interim teachers he's had coming and going that step in to cover the evening shifts and unexpected teacher absences. I always recommend them. I have never seen any inappropriate behavior from any teacher. I cannot speak for others, only my experience. (My son has never said anything that made me concerned for any situation.) They have always had great communication with me as a parent as well. I also had two young female cousins that both had excellent experiences at this daycare. Get on that waiting list early. This daycare is worth the wait in my opinion.
