First was Violet, she handled a rude customer with the utmost kindness, professionalism, and politeness. Violet's unwavering determination to address the issues the customer was causing was to have a smart, calm, and polite plan. Violet carried out her plan and the customer had no choice but to stop being rude. Secondly, my food service was great thanks to Jacob. He kept the line of communication open from the beginning. It was a busy lunchtime and when he took my order Jacob kindly said that he had other orders in front of mine and that mine would take a little longer to get out. How I appreciated that small amount of communication. That went a long way. Honestly he had my food out to me within 5 minutes, so it wasn't that long of a wait but I appreciate the communication. Thirdly is Brynlee. She always has a smile on her face and remembers things about customers and their lives. She asked me about my daughter. I listened to her ask other customers about them and their families. She makes the atmosphere feel like community. All three of these staff members are assets to the company. They welcome everyone with a smile, a kind word or two, and they keep the place looking great. I enjoy going there to do my laundry and eat lunch. It's nice to see such caring, kind, sweet, and professional staff. It's always clean and you can tell the staff works hard to keep it like that.

I went to load my big blankie in the large front loader and saw the price was $7. Ok that's a bit much and I should've looked further down and could've used the $5 ones but I digress. After putting my soap in, I start funneling quarters in and figure I should set it to use hot water....hot water is $1 more! Lol so it is $8 just to wash my blanket. Whatever too late now, so finish filling the quarters, press start and the thing shows a wash time of only 23 minutes! How does my comforter ever have a chance of washing out the dog hair, dog stink, human stench and whatever dna is splashed within its fibers in a measley 23 minutes?! After the pathetic wash cycle I move said blanket to the dryer to find it's another $2 to get this thing going for 30 minutes. I run to my car and find 2 more quarters under my seat to make it $2.50 for 40 minutes and select the hot setting. No biggie here because laundromat dryers get insanely hot so I should be good right? I leave to have lunch, return and the blanket is still wet and I'm out of quarters so I take it home and finish the drying of my still "smells like dog" blanket at home. Guess if I have future washing needs that are too big for my set at home I will have to drive to Spanish fort the next closest facility. Sounds like a good business opportunity to open a new Laundromat and give this place some much needed competition. FAIL!

It is a very clean facility and well kept facility. All the dryers have worked well. I see lots of folks using the washers and they appear to also work well. They have a variety of sizes of washers and dryers to meet your needs as far as load size. They have change machine and ATM on site. I spoke with an owner today and he was friendly and helpful. I saw him be kind and helpful to others using his facility. I felt safe and comfortable here!
