Came across the coolest, and cleanest laundromat located in Ferry Pass - Pensacola FL. We were all dreading spending half the day doing laundry, but as we entered The Wash Room we noticed it wasn't your ordinary coin-laundromat, this place holds the cleanest machines, friendly staff, arcade for the kiddos, and a lounge area where you can order food and drinks! I had the opportunity to witness three of the employees at The WashRoom Univeristy display excellent customer service while I was there the week of May 25, 2026. First was Violet, she handled a rude customer with the utmost kindness, professionalism, and politeness. Violet's unwavering determination to address the issues the customer was causing was to have a smart, calm, and polite plan. Violet carried out her plan and the customer had no choice but to stop being rude. Secondly, my food service was great thanks to Jacob. He kept the line of communication open from the beginning. It was a busy lunchtime and when he took my order Jacob kindly said that he had other orders in front of mine and that mine would take a little longer to get out. How I appreciated that small amount of communication. That went a long way. Honestly he had my food out to me within 5 minutes, so it wasn't that long of a wait but I appreciate the communication. Thirdly is Brynlee. She always has a smile on her face and remembers things about customers and their lives. She asked me about my daughter. I listened to her ask other customers about them and their families. She makes the atmosphere feel like community. All three of these staff members are assets to the company. They welcome everyone with a smile, a kind word or two, and they keep the place looking great. I enjoy going there to do my laundry and eat lunch. ADORABLE! We've been traveling for 1 month in the rv and it is so nice to be able to go to a laundry mat that is actually clean and it has a small cute cafe in here including smoothies, wraps , salads etc! 10/10 cheap washing prices and dry prices. This place is borderline fun to hang out at which is not what you typically imagine when you think about going to a laundromat. The hours are super convenient. The facility is clean and well maintained. The service is top notch. The menu is great. I really enjoyed my vanilla vibe latte and avocado twist on toast. The lounge/waiting area is awesome. The washers and dryers are really cool. There are different sizes of washers to choose from to meet your needs. You can pay with a credit card. There's entertainment for kids and adults as evidenced by a couple skeeball machines and other games. We highly recommend this place if you need to do laundry outside of at home. We decided to bring our excessive amount of cat blankets here to get them industrially washed and dried in a shorter amount of time than at home. read more

I normally like coming here but I had an experience today that I felt was unnecessary. The posted rule says laundry will be removed if left in the machine more than 10 minutes after the cycle ends. I was only 2 minutes past that time, and there were multiple open washers of the same size available, plus other machines with laundry sitting well past the 10-minute mark. A staff member still removed my clothes from the washer at another customer's request, which I understand might be policy if all machines were in use but that wasn't the case. If I wanted someone else handling my laundry, I would have paid for a wash and fold service. I hope management can be more consistent and reasonable about this policy in the future. read more

I haven't been to a laundromat in years and we came by to wash and dry a couple of loads while waiting on the washer and dryer to be delivered to our house. The staff were nice, the laundromat was very clean and well lit, the ac was cold and they served food !! I am not talking about vending machines but actual real menu! Google maps and their doors say they're open till 11 PM last load 9:30 PM in there late which I hate waiting for my clothes to be dry and they're telling us that they close the doors at 10 on the weekdays nowhere. Does it say that so shut down my clothes without folding them to take them home, not happy about that. You should definitely fix your times on your doors and Google. But very clean place love that. Food is awful don't get grilled cheese sandwiches they are hard and the bacon super burnt. Love the sitting area comfy chairs appreciate that so much. read more

Out of towner looking for a place to do laundry! Place was spotless! 80lb washer was $10 and did 1.5 large suitcases in 22 minutes! Dryers are $2 for 30 minutes. Stainless counters for folding. Ample parking and carts for transfer. Owner is very nice and great cafe inside with soups, sandwiches and wings. Plenty of tables and chairs with great wifi. Even skeeball and a few video games. Bathrooms are clean and roomy! Highly recommended!! read more
