From the beginning I felt at ease and confident that I would be in good care. I wanted a consult to explore some new skincare options as a measure of age prevention. You have the privacy of parking in their complimentary underground parking lot and take a nice ride up to their suite on the 2nd floor. The office is beautiful, very bright with lots of natural lighting. There are products displayed in cases wrapping the reception area with lots of smiles to greet you all around. My consult was with Emily. She was very knowledgeable of different skin types and the different needs of your specific skin tone. I had done a lot of reach on my own prior to scheduling the consult and knew which questions to ask and signs to look for for a good skin doctor. Emily superseded every expectations and went above and beyond to address my skincare concerns. What surprised me was that I had the intention of going in to get some fillers under the eye. After some discussion and assessment, Emily told me flat out that I was not a good candidate for fillers, because "you don't need it". This really amazed me because I've never heard of any business rejecting a willing customer who's basically screaming, "take all my money!". Providing further education, Emily told me that I should address my concerns first by taking preventative measurements in forms of a good skincare routine and maybe opt for fillers down the road. This goes to show that Roberson's really want you to care for your skin in the form of self care instead of finding answers with unnecessary, elective cosmetic augmentations. I fully trust Emily and Robertson's to have the best intentions for me and my skin, and would recommend them to anyone who's thinking about exploring or questioning if they need to address any skincare concerns. read more

I've been a loyal client of Robertson Cosmetic Center for several years, but unfortunately, I will no longer be returning. As a mother of two young children, finding time or justification to spend money on myself is rare. To ease the financial guilt, I usually wait for special promotions or discounted gift card offers. That's exactly what I did for Mother's Day--I purchased a $150 gift card for $100 as a small treat to myself. Yesterday, I received a message from Robertson staff reminding me of available gift cards, which prompted me to schedule an appointment. Since I was at work, I didn't want to make a call, so I used their online booking system. The first available appointment was with the provider I normally see, and I thought, "Perfect! Next Wednesday." I booked it and moved on with my day. A few hours later, I received a voicemail saying I had missed an appointment 20 minutes ago and that I had been charged $100 for a no-show. My stomach dropped. I immediately called to explain the situation--that I mistakenly thought I was booking for next week, not today. I was even willing to leave work early (I'm only 9 minutes away) and come in right then. I explained how I truly cannot afford to just lose $100, and I was hoping for a little understanding or flexibility. Unfortunately, none was offered. The receptionist said she'd check with the practice manager and placed me on hold for one minute before returning to say, "Sorry, it's our policy." I asked to speak with the manager directly, and after several hours with no call back, I called again--this time the manager answered. She seemed prepared to shut me down before even hearing me out. I explained that I completely understand why cancellation policies exist--to prevent missed opportunities for other clients and protect the business from late cancellations--but this was clearly a genuine mistake, not an abuse of the system. I asked if anyone had even tried to get in during that same window, which would have indicated a lost opportunity--but she refused to answer directly. Her only response was, "It's our policy." I then asked to speak to someone above her, and the next day Dr. Robertson called me. Unfortunately, her response was just as dismissive. No empathy, no flexibility--just, again, "It's our policy." It's really disappointing, especially considering how much I've spent over the years and how many people I've referred to them. I know most of my referrals probably didn't even use my name, but they were all based on the trust I had in this practice. That trust is now gone. All this over $100. What makes this even more frustrating is that I didn't receive the usual confirmation or reminder text for the appointment. When I asked why, I was told those only go out at 7:00 a.m., and I had made the appointment after that time. If that's the case, patients should not be able to book same-day appointments online without some kind of confirmation system in place. A simple text might have helped me catch the mistake. I understand policies exist for a reason. But good businesses know when to make exceptions--especially for long-standing clients with genuine intentions. Life happens, and there are plenty of other providers who balance professionalism with empathy. I'll be taking my business to one of them. read more

This review is based on my experience as an almost 59 yr old male having gone through an upper blepharoplasty. At the time of this posting, I am 7 days into recovery, still have "mild" swelling and very satisfied with the results. If there are any gentlemen on the fence about getting this procedure done, set up the initial consultation and ask all the questions important to you. I won't lie, the first three days can be trying, but it's the end goal you have to keep in mind. The consultation visit to set up the procedure was seamless. The information provided by Dr. Rosen and Meg was on-point and thorough. Informational packet was nicely done and competently explained complete with relevant contact phone numbers, information on what to expect, to-do, not-to-do...etc. Meg (surgical Nurse) is beyond ludicrous awesome...! Thorough, professional, organized and has a genuinely warm personality that made me feel like we had known each other for years. So very happy I had Dr. Rosen Perform the procedure. I would describe her as professional, dedicated, attentive and compassionate. She was selected for the highly sought after fellowship at the Buckingham center in Austin, Texas and I can now understand why... her work is exceptional! My experience at Robertson cosmetic center was phenomenal. Even though I am almost older than Dr. Rosen and Meg combined.... The experience I had, made me feel like they were my two older sisters taking care of their little brother who came home from the park crying from a scraped knee. I had surgery years ago that I think may have positively impacted my headaches and with their recent return- thought I'd revisit options. I have worked with Mandi and Heidi for the past few years to establish a medical grade skin care plan, and subsequently added laser and injection treatments to address specific concerns with my aging skin. Both of these women are ultimate professionals. They listen to my specific concerns and give thoughtful, realistic recommendations for how to achieve my goals one step at a time. Because I was so satisfied with the improvements in the health and appearance of my skin, I knew that Robertson Cosmetic Center was the right fit as I deliberated a surgical procedure. This could provide a permanent solution to my concerns about sagging upper eyelids, and bags under my eyes. After consulting with Dr. Robertson I opted for upper and lower eyelid surgery, also known as blepharoplasty. As I had come to expect, communication was exceptional from start to finish. Staff seems knowledgeable and I like that there is a physician integrated with the practice should an issue arise. I did appreciate that the RN performing the procedure was able to remove a milia while I was there, yahoo! I have been going to Robertson Cosmetic Center after following Jessie Pasquarello there. Jessie is amazing at BBL and has helped keep my skin looking great over the years. I recently had a deeper laser peel, pro fractional, and totally trusted Jessie to do this. I've also seen Kristi for various injections including Botox, Juvederm and Restylane. She is the very best and I totally trust her putting a needle in my face! A month ago I had a mini facelift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty, along with the pro fractional. From the first step all the way through, it was a seamless process. Tiffany helped me set up the initial meeting with Dr. Robertson, where he went through my areas of concern and what could be done to help address these. I was impressed with Dr. Robertson from the beginning and he presented me with all of the options but left the decision up to me. I'll admit, I was nervous about having these procedures done, after all it's your face and could things go wrong? But I trusted my gut, after meeting with Dr. Robertson, researching his credentials and having had so many positive experiences with other practitioners at his center. The day of surgery I was treated with such respect and kindness and felt super comfortable. I was under a general so I don't remember anything about the procedure itself, but can say that I wasn't in pain after the surgery which was a pleasant surprise. I saw Dr. Robertson the morning after the surgery and he told me the surgery went very well, as I had expected. The recovery process was not painful but I bruise like a peach, so I had some bruising. I had an event that I needed to attend and they were kind enough to do two series of BBL over the bruising which helped break it up. Then their makeup expert Laura helped me apply makeup so that I could make this event without everyone knowing I'd had anything done. I'm now a month out from the surgery and can honestly say I would do it all over again. Dr. Robertson not only does a fabulous job with the surgery, he has thought everything through to make sure from the start of the process to the end that I was cared for and any concerns addressed. They even sent flowers to help cheer me up if I was feeling down. I can't say enough good about Dr. Robertson and his staff. I did my research as this was all elective and I wanted great results. My lids were impeding on my tear ducts, while this is not considered an insurance coverage in my case, it was aging me. Dr. Robertson explained a partial Blepharotomy, using local Anesthesia. I went ahead with the procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results. I had no problems with the procedure and the recovery was easy. I trust Dr. Robertson and highly recommend his clinic. I cannot say enough good things about Robertson Cosmetic in Middleton. I have been coming to this office since my eye surgery (upper & lower Blepharoplasty) in 2017. I met with Dr. Robertson for the consultation and was immediately comfortable with him and his staff. Everyone strives to provide the best customer service, and it shows. Everyone wants to be sure you are happy with your results, and they will do whatever it takes to make you happy. After the eye surgery, I started buying ZO skin care and othr products and am amazed at the difference in my skin. This year I had a mini face lift, and I cannot believe the results. The eye surgery made me look less tired, but the mini face lift took years off. Dr. Robertson is a true artist, and he made decisions on what to do as he was performing the surgery. My surgery was canceled when Dr. Robertson decided to take vacation the week of my surgery. This surgery was scheduled for months, my down payment was already collected, and my pre-op was conducted. While rescheduling was offered, the only week I was able to have the surgery and recover was the week the surgery was scheduled as I have vacation for two weeks only once a year. This surgery was a big decision for me, and the cancellation was handled very callously. After writing a letter to Dr. Robertson, there was no reply apologizing or telling me what scheduling processes had changed to insure this wouldn't happen to another patient. As others have alluded, the Robertson Clinic in Sun Prairie has an unwelcoming pretentious air anyway, and I will be returning to Radiance Skin Therapy even though I live in Sun Prairie. On the bright side, I will be having my surgery at the UW Clinic Transformations and have found them to be so much more professional and thoughtful, so I am convinced everything happens for a reason.
