You have the privacy of parking in their complimentary underground parking lot and take a nice ride up to their suite on the 2nd floor. The office is beautiful, very bright with lots of natural lighting. There are products displayed in cases wrapping the reception area with lots of smiles to greet you all around. My consult was with Emily. She was very knowledgeable of different skin types and the different needs of your specific skin tone. I had done a lot of reach on my own prior to scheduling the consult and knew which questions to ask and signs to look for for a good skin doctor. Emily superseded every expectations and went above and beyond to address my skincare concerns. What surprised me was that I had the intention of going in to get some fillers under the eye. After some discussion and assessment, Emily told me flat out that I was not a good candidate for fillers, because "you don't need it". This really amazed me because I've never heard of any business rejecting a willing customer who's basically screaming, "take all my money!". Providing further education, Emily told me that I should address my concerns first by taking preventative measurements in forms of a good skincare routine and maybe opt for fillers down the road. This goes to show that Roberson's really want you to care for your skin in the form of self care instead of finding answers with unnecessary, elective cosmetic augmentations. I fully trust Emily and Robertson's to have the best intentions for me and my skin, and would recommend them to anyone who's thinking about exploring or questioning if they need to address any skincare concerns.

Would not recommend, expensive and results were poor. Had to go to another provider for revision.read more

The procedure was performed using conscious sedation rather than general anesthesia, which I felt was a safer approach. At three weeks post-op, I had more facial sensation than I did years after my first facelift. Dr. Parfitt performed my facelift, neck lift, and forehead lowering with scalp advancement. Scar revision from my prior facelift and correction of my earlobes were included as part of the facelift. The scars healed extremely well with his soft-tissue technique, including removal of visible scarring along the back hairline. His approach reflects a strong focus on safety, risk reduction, and long-term function--not just appearance. The clinic is beautiful, well organized, and efficiently run. Dr. Parfitt has a calm, steady manner and excellent aesthetic judgment. He was clear and realistic about what results to expect, and his recommendations were conservative and natural. I look refreshed, not "done." Recovery was smooth. He provided clear post-op instructions and supplement recommendations to help reduce swelling, which I believe helped. After surgery, he gave me his personal cell number and responded promptly to texts, even on weekends. For the level of care, craftsmanship, and results, his pricing is very fair. Highly recommend. I was interested in having some skin tightening done under my eyes and had a consult scheduled yesterday. I took off work and arrived for my 2:30 appointment. At 3:10 I had not been seen yet. Twice I was told he was "just finishing up and would be in shortly." I had somewhere to be at 3:30 so I informed the office manager I was leaving. Her words were "he's just finishing up with discharging someone," zero apology. She sat there and said nothing when I said I was leaving and I was not pleased I had taken off work. I still have not heard from them to follow up and am assuming I won't. To act like my time isn't valuable is inexcusable. This comes less than a month after I referred my sister to have $20k in procedures done, and they knew that. I will never return.

His next suggestion was to laser the area. It's been 6 months and I still have red scars on both sides of my face. I may have to have it re-lasered to get rid of the scars and I will need another plastic surgeon to correct the "jowls" that I didn't have pre-surgery. It has been a nightmare.

I booked a tear trough filler appointment with Dr. Scott R. Chaiet as it had been several years since a previous treatment with another surgeon. Dr. Chaiet has fabulous bedside manners. He is very polite and charismatic, but his facial aesthetic skills are on the opposite spectrum. I was told that after my tear trough filler I may need some mid-face filler, which seemed justifiable, but I would have to wait several months due to the pandemic and scheduling and the mess that was 2020. Days and weeks after my tear trough appointment, as my swelling subsided, I couldn't help but notice how shelf-like my under eye filler was. It was bad, to say the least. It was so prominent that it looked like I had saddle bags instead of smooth, refreshed under eyes. I (wrongly) assumed that he mentioned the mid face filler to address this so I happily went to my next appointment looking for the necessary fix. After one entire syringe of filler in my tear troughs, I received another full syringe of filler in my mid face. Never have I received so much filler in such a small area and now I see why. Have you ever seen pictures of overfilled celebrities and thought, "whoa, way too much work done!" Yea, I was about two steps away from that. So much so that my own family thought I had a sinus infection. It got to the point where I turned down lights in my home and took down mirrors because I felt so ashamed for choosing the wrong doctor. I literally felt like it was all my fault. I should have done more research, I should have known about each and every filler, I beat myself up for not having all the answers and getting myself into this mess in the first place. The filler was too heavy and too dense for the areas that he put it in. I am no doctor but a quick Google search confirmed my worst fears as he put the wrong filler in an area that needed a soft filler. Not only that but I had soooo much filler that it started migrating. I expressed these concerns several times to Transformations, begging to get an appointment with Dr. Chiat or anyone at Transformations for that matter. I looked horrible. Horrible to the point where I cried every time I got off another phone call where I was told he would not have an opening until November 2021 (I started called in May 2021). For the life of me I cannot fathom telling an upset client that they have to live with their poor treatment that makes them feel hideous. So a few weeks back I gave up and booked consultations with nearly every plastic surgeon and aesthetic nurse in the Madison area, some even that same day as they couldn't believe the response from Transformations. After six consults and every practitioner being utterly shocked at my results, I chose one to start my dissolving journey. I am two appointments in and 4 units of hylenex down, with more to go. The filler is so dense and migrated so much, that we are finding more and more with every appointment. Mind you this dissolving has already cost me $1,300 to dissolve over $1,000 of Dr. Chiats work. The mental and emotional shock of paying so much money to look worse and then to pay more money to reverse the results is devastating. I could never trust or recommend an establishment that 1) gives such poor aesthetic results and 2) denies timely help for a distraught customer. Please proceed with caution if booking through Transformations, they nearly ruined my mental well being and I can't bear to think they could cause the same harm to someone else.

I've been a loyal client of Robertson Cosmetic Center for several years, but unfortunately, I will…read moreno longer be returning. As a mother of two young children, finding time or justification to spend money on myself is rare. To ease the financial guilt, I usually wait for special promotions or discounted gift card offers. That's exactly what I did for Mother's Day--I purchased a $150 gift card for $100 as a small treat to myself. Yesterday, I received a message from Robertson staff reminding me of available gift cards, which prompted me to schedule an appointment. Since I was at work, I didn't want to make a call, so I used their online booking system. The first available appointment was with the provider I normally see, and I thought, "Perfect! Next Wednesday." I booked it and moved on with my day. A few hours later, I received a voicemail saying I had missed an appointment 20 minutes ago and that I had been charged $100 for a no-show. My stomach dropped. I immediately called to explain the situation--that I mistakenly thought I was booking for next week, not today. I was even willing to leave work early (I'm only 9 minutes away) and come in right then. I explained how I truly cannot afford to just lose $100, and I was hoping for a little understanding or flexibility. Unfortunately, none was offered. The receptionist said she'd check with the practice manager and placed me on hold for one minute before returning to say, "Sorry, it's our policy." I asked to speak with the manager directly, and after several hours with no call back, I called again--this time the manager answered. She seemed prepared to shut me down before even hearing me out. I explained that I completely understand why cancellation policies exist--to prevent missed opportunities for other clients and protect the business from late cancellations--but this was clearly a genuine mistake, not an abuse of the system. I asked if anyone had even tried to get in during that same window, which would have indicated a lost opportunity--but she refused to answer directly. Her only response was, "It's our policy." I then asked to speak to someone above her, and the next day Dr. Robertson called me. Unfortunately, his response was just as dismissive. No empathy, no flexibility--just, again, "It's our policy." It's really disappointing, especially considering how much I've spent over the years and how many people I've referred to them. I know most of my referrals probably didn't even use my name, but they were all based on the trust I had in this practice. That trust is now gone. All this over $100. What makes this even more frustrating is that I didn't receive the usual confirmation or reminder text for the appointment. When I asked why, I was told those only go out at 7:00 a.m., and I had made the appointment after that time. If that's the case, patients should not be able to book same-day appointments online without some kind of confirmation system in place. A simple text might have helped me catch the mistake. I understand policies exist for a reason. But good businesses know when to make exceptions--especially for long-standing clients with genuine intentions. Life happens, and there are plenty of other providers who balance professionalism with empathy. I'll be taking my business to one of them.

I have had a very long, awful lip filler experience here. I went here 6+ times and spent…read more*thousands* of dollars to leave every time just to heal and have lumpy, uneven lips with very little results a few weeks later... over and over and over. I kept coming back and listening to their messages because I didn't go to school for this, so what do I know? 6+ visits later all I'm dealing with STILL are lips full of lumps of uneven filler, heavy heavy migration ("filler mustache" if you want to google) and no results. I pointed out from the beginning that I was unhappy and I have many messages going back and forth about that, and the lumps. Then at my last appointment I wanted to discuss the lumps and the weird fullness only in the middle, and was told any bump she saw then was "natural anatomy". I pointed out multiple times (in messages I have screenshots of through Klara), how unhappy I was with no results and the lumpiness (nearly immediately after my second appointment), and I was told every time to just keep coming back and they'd fix it. It was never fixed. It never got better. I came here to fix how self conscious I was of my thin lips and I've been more insecure of the bumps and lumps and migrating filler than I ever was of my natural lips. None of the photos in the nasty collage I put together were directly after or within 2 weeks of the filler healing, so these are NOT healing bumps or swollen. All of these are just day to day pictures I took when I was feeling awful about my lips that I zoomed in on and cropped, or regular photos I cropped. I don't even understand how filler is done this poorly. Now I'm struggling to find another place that will dissolve this ugly mess so I can start over after putting thousands into what I thought was a good place.
