The Liberty Inn shut its doors in the 90's and Con moved back to Greece with most of the family. Today not much has changed. The Koutsotheodoros family re-opened the Liberty Inn's doors in 2011 and carried on the same tradition. Once again the Liberty Inn is a family owned and operated business with a focus on pizza and Mediterranean dishes. It has experienced a complete overhaul to really freshen the place up with a modern feel. The food however is still the same.
