As a result of not getting through to anyone, I decided to fill out the contact form with the hopes of scheduling a consultation. After not hearing from anyone, I decided to continue my CPA search. A week later, I received an email stating he was sorry and they would have someone look into the phone situation. I decided to give him a call and still give the company a chance. When he answered the phone, he appear very rushed but said we could schedule a consultation for Friday at 10AM via phone (he would call). Friday at 10AM came and I did not receive any calls. They seem to stay up to date with the ever changing tax laws, which makes me feel comfortable with their practices and the advice they give. If you are a business owner who needs a CPA to make sure you cross your t's and dot your i's, Price & Price is a good bet. They have always been prompt at returning any calls or emails with business questions I've had. Their office is fairly easy to get to if you live in the Humble/Kingwood area, although besides dropping off your initial paperwork, everything else is handled via email, fax or mail. Staff is friendly and pricing is fair and comparable to other similar services in the area . A word of advice though - they are a very busy firm, so get all your documentation to them as early as possible in the tax year. We generally have to wait 6-8 weeks on average to get our taxes file from the time we drop everything off.
