So far we're very pleased with the care and support we've gotten. They offer tons of different services under one umbrella and even have a pharmacy onsite so you can take care of everything in one visit. I've never had an issue getting an appointment, moving appointments, or sitting on the phone with my calendar open trying to figure out what works for my busy schedule. Today I went in for a follow up on bloodwork and also got a flu shot and B12 shot from the pharmacy while I was there. Dr. Edward's is always friendly and answers all my questions. Dr. Edward's is my doctor and the nurse that administered my flu shot and b12 was Lorraine Dendy, it was my first experience with her and she seemed very experienced. On my way out the nurse at the front desk noticed that I didn't setup my patient portal and resent me the sign up link. She said it's perfect when you just have questions and need a quick answer to things. I'm sure it has a lot more, going to check it out later. Overall I would definitely recommend Caya Health.
