The pros are generally when we go we don't have too long of a wait, the staff is also usually nice and seem like they care. The con is that the dr's don't spend the time they need to with patients to really find the issue and help someone. Of all the time we have spent with the actual doctor averages about 5 mins and all he really does is jot a few notes and gives me my sons prescription to fill. I would think as a dr you would be inclined to help with the problem, not just medicate it. It is sad to me that there are dr like this, and i wish we could change but we cant. My son is doing a lot better and everyday is a new day. Sometimes you need help and here you will find it.

PBS is a wonderful community-based counseling office with awesome and caring therapists. They show…read moregenuine care for their clients and their families. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly. They accept Medicaid, as well as many commercial insurances, and have reasonable private pay rates as well, to cover all possible clientele bases. The counseling environment they offer, whether providing the services in office or in the community, is one of comfort and ease. Even if you are not a client, they always have awesome groups posted on their website that are open to ALL of the community, many of which are free of charge. You are in good hands at PBS.

Started visiting Dr. Iftikhar back in October and he has been great! He took the time to hear what…read moremy visit was for and explained my options on what he thought would work best for me. Personally, I thought he took his time and helped me understand what I was experiencing. I think he hears just enough about you and what you're experiencing to know how to help. I see some negative reviews about the receptionist and personally I think she is great. She may not answer the phone but she will respond to your emails within an hour. You do have to keep in mind that she is one person with the doctor so I'm not sure how much time she actually has to even answer a call. If you do have a hard time reaching out I would recommend emailing them as they will get back to you extremely fast.
