I have ordered a few times from this place, and never again! I ordered two arrangements to be sent on the same day, well one was delivers two days earlier and looked like it was sitting in their cooler for at least two days the water looked like pond water. I'm so so disappointed by them. These were ment to be beautiful for my mother in-law and Sister in-law. I'm just sick over people getting away with this kind of thing!!! Shame on them!!!! read more

I have never bought a plant here that did not thrive. Every one of them are still growing today. This is the only shop on the eastern shore that I can make that statement about. Some of these shrubs, perennials and trees were planted 15 years ago and some two years ago. They also have a beautiful and fun selection of Christmas ornaments. My husband has purchased many Anna Lee for me thru the years and my mother glass ornaments for the tree. I have never been disappointed and always delighted. read more

Very friendly and helped me at the last minute! I had ordered an arrangement online from FromYouFlorist early on a Saturday for same day delivery to a memorial service and they called me towards the end of the day after many other calls and informed me that they do not serve that area. Needless to say I was upset and in a bind. I called Robins and they were very kind and helped me with sending a beautiful arrangement. They do great work and are VERY nice. Thank you Robin's! Just called and was greeted by Emma Jean who's voice smiled over the phone. The voice over the phone made my experience stress free and joyful. You see...I was really wound up and stressed out today because it is our 24th wedding anniversary and I just realized I needed to get on the ball!!! Walked Out Disgusted! As I was looking for Old World Christmas ornaments, I had the 'delight' of listening to a very personal and inappropriate phone conversation by the Owner. I heard the medical history, prescriptions, address, etc.... Occasionally he put the phone down to ring up a sale or tell the young man to wash the van. Then an employee approached him from behind asking him a question very quietly. Ken went into a rage, voice degrading as ever, informing the employee that he cannot do two things at once! Glaring in disgust and truly mean-spirited, he repeats the rant! A honest to God rant! The employee merely stated that she was sorry, did not interrupt on purpose and thought he was on hold as there was a long moment of silence. The other customer near me looked at me just as appalled and stated how inappropriate he was just being out front and center, on a highly personal call for the entire time she was in the store as well. We both chose to leave due to the fact he was appalling in his treatment to his employee. As I left, he never looked up for a moment. He was more interested in his call. This is the second time I have been in this store and Ken was just as ugly of a person at the register when I tried to sign up for the discount card. If customers are such an imposition, get out of the business. This is not the first time we have heard about your temper tantrums Ken! read more
