I popped in on a Thursday evening 10 minutes before they closed on my way home from work. It was my wife's birthday and was looking to surprise her with something a little nicer than a grocery store bouquet. They were more than gracious for the impromptu visit with 3 or 4 beautiful bouquets prepared in the cooler, all of which had 2-3x the number of blooms I would have expected at the price. Absolutely the sweetest, most accommodating people you will ever meet. My husband had a custom corsage made for me for our wedding vow renewal last year that was beautiful. This year was our sons first homecoming. They made the most beautiful corsage and boutonniere combo for the kids. It was 80's theme and her corsage was made on a slap bracelet!! I arrived 15min before they opened and they were smiling and ready with my order. They even last minute threw together a single rose with ribbon for my son to give his gf. When my brother passed away last week we were looking for a florist who could do something creative with a hunting theme. Murdoch's had some wonderful reviews so we thought we'd give them a try. We we pulled out an elk antler, turkey fan, deer antlers and some hunting paraphernalia and Elise didn't even hesitate, I knew in my heart we were at the right place. What they did was perfect! We also ordered another spray and a vase arrangement and they were also beautiful. I was last minute in ordering flowers for Mother's Day and pulled this name from another Yelp review for a florist I was considering that pretty much said, "Don't go here, go to Murdoch's." That was enough to convince me and I am so glad I did. My call was handled by a very nice woman who, being it was the day before Mother's Day and a very busy time, stated they would do their best to create an arrangement with the colors and longevity I requested. Well, I knew the moment my mom got the flowers yesterday because I got a text message with photo saying, "Soooo gorgeous. Thank you." I just got off the phone with my mother (best mom ever, by the way) and the words "equisite" and "huge" were used multiple times over. For my mom, a perfectionist of the highest order, to wax eloquent about your arrangement means you did more than your best. Murdoch's, thank you. You have earned a loyal customer. read more

I've always heard great things about this place and I am not sure what happened but I had the worst experience ever. I met with Murdocs in late April to plan my flowers for my wedding and the meeting (I thought) went extremely well. The lady was very sweet and was wonderful with going over everything; however,after the meeting was concluded she stated that she was able to do my wedding in September 2019 and that she would have a quote for me within a week....that's the last time I heard from her even after two very friendly emails sent April 28th and May 17th, along with a follow-up phone message which never received a call back. A simple call or email back saying sorry we can't do it would have been good enough for me but to completely ignore someone after saying you could do the wedding is horrible customer service. I'm still confused as to what happened. I just got married this past weekend luckily Bloomin Wild helped me out and made my day wonderful. read more
