However, I won't be going back because some members of the office staff are so incredibly rude. In addition, when you call during office hours you typically get VM, then they don't consistently return calls. It took me 5 1/2 weeks, 2 phone calls and a written request to finally get my routine lab results. I was treated very disrespectfully by an office staff person when I made an honest mistake about a test I was having. She used a loud, aggressive tone....the most unprofessional behavior I've seen in any doctor's office.
