Quite frankly, I tried to save money by piecemealing things, prior to hiring them. In the long run, I had people steal from me, walk out on the job, and even be abusive and cause mental stress. ENTER...802 Builders! They are amazing, and true professionals. They roll in with every piece of equipment you could imagine, arrive on time, are kind and communicative, and after six months of waiting on others -- they are banging out a beautiful job, just in the first day they're here. I'm giddy with excitement as my punch list gets smaller and smaller and it's all taking shape. I feel so blessed to have found them and, though you have to be patient to wait your turn, they are fast, efficient, friendly and it was well worth the wait. I highly endorse them, and will have them do a rough bid on some other projects, since they have such advanced skills, save up the funds, and keep bringing them back. Just got the entire first floor of my house painted. Not an easy job. The work is meticulous, and the house looks amazing in time for Christmas. I couldn't have asked for a better couple to work with. Chris and Kim are just wonderful. Very nice, very professional and very efficient. I can't stress enough just how precise and meticulous the work was. As an added bonus, Kim helped me pick colors and make design choices that really made my home look the way I wanted. They have a really good eye. They patched several holes and dings in the walls and fixed some chewed up trim from dog damage. Now I want to get the upstairs painted! In terms of communication, they were excellent. Very prompt reply (we're talking a matter of hours after I first reached out to them). Any decisions made during the project were quick. They were always reachable by phone. There were several annoying little problems that they also addressed in the course of the job (broken light switch, busted knob). They fixed everything they encountered which was a real relief to me. I can't say enough. Extremely happy with the quality of work as well as the speed! Will definitely hire them again!

Poor quality work. Sloppy and rushed. Had them stain my home due to I didn't have the time to do it…read moremyself. I'm still finding areas where the work was sloppy, stain was splattered on the roof, windows, door nobs, the deck. I would have been better off taking a week off of work and doing the work myself. For a " professional painting company" I'm extremely unimpressed. After reaching out to them showing the "supervisors" the sloppy work... they offered me a measly $100 off my $7,000+ bill. More of an insult than making it right. I would not recommend them if you want any sort of quality.

The company didn't communicate . didn't respond to calls or emails. I had to chase them. They booked a job to insulate a room that was already insulated. Charged me to replace perfectly good dry wall because they didn't check Just ripped it all down. The estimate was unclear about labor charges. if you make the mistake and hire them do yourself a favor and track the labor hours by the minute. They are completely random. Very very big mistake I thought I was getting an actual company with organized professional service. Better off hiring a handyman directly.
