Service Master also had a tight schedule but was able to fit us in on the same day, which we greatly appreciated. Our insurance had given us the name for a local company to do the rebuild but when it came time for that, the company they assigned us wasn't responding to my calls or texts. And meanwhile, we were left with no kitchen and no interior walls or floors in and around our kitchen area. Service Master of Eugene once again said they would help. They got us on their schedule and maintained great communication throughout the process. The end result was beautiful! We worked with Jeremy and Aimee for the restoration and rebuild, and they were both excellent. They even responded to our emails on weekends! We liked their work so much that we had them come and do our bathroom. There were some hiccups when it came to the bathroom remodel due to some changes occurring in the company at the time, but overall our experience with this company was a good one. Their technicians were always professional and we felt safe with them in our home. And they do good work. We would hire them again.

The tech who came out (Elmer) was very friendly, professional and honest. He could have said the damage was worse--we wouldn't have known the difference--and charged us a small fortune in repairs, but instead he was honest and let us know exactly what was needed. The piece of mind he gave us was much appreciated. We were worried about mold but he said we did everything right by fixing the roof, pulling out the insulation and opening it up to dry. All we have to do is replace some drywall. I appreciate an honest company. If (God forbid) we have another issue with water, we will definitely use Servpro.

Ehlers went above and beyond working with insurance to get it to perfect pre-loss condition. Their employees and subcontractors are 100% top notch. Casey was the foreman, and handled every communication with the calmness of a zen monk. Dillan and Cooper are savants with carpentry. Danielle is one of the most efficient and detailed painters I've ever had the luxury of working with. Their work isn't cheap, but it is 100% backed by the value of the end result! If you have an insurance claim, you CANNOT go wrong putting the welfare of your home in the hands of Ehlers.

When we first agree to have them clean they gave a maximum price with us paying 1/2 up front. No mention was made when he checked their work of money due.
