Same owner - he just moved to this old charming house when it became available and still features the same mix of beautiful antiques and gorgeous art inside as always. If you remember - they had the large shop in the main part of town that is now Hamtown Mercantile and closed it during COVID. I was so sad to see it go. They had beautiful, elegant antiques like art, watercolor, and Tiffany lamps. All these things are found inside this house. Go show them some love! Note: Cash or Check only - no cards! It was a hot day and he offered us a cold water bottle while we browsed! How kind. The inside of this shop is like most of the others on Main Street in Smithfield, charming. It's a historic old house that has been transformed into an interior store with some antique decor and furniture items mixed with a few new (but looking old) items like candles and vintage pieces. I saw some wooden ducks, wall art, large wooden boat replicas and a bench out front for my garden that I loved! This is a neat spot with some real hidden gems!

They feature a range of small booths with interesting handmade goodies, most of which I believe I've seen at the Saturday Farmer's Market. The inside has two main open rooms with tons of repurposed and refinished furniture, pillows, mirrors, candleholders and decorative antiques. It is an eclectic mix of things inside to be sure and nearly everything is painted distressed antique white - the inside is beautiful and the ladies working inside are really friendly. The back room - behind the counter is somewhat seasonal or might be a baby room when they're doing redoing it - I can't remember which of the two it is.... If you're in Smithfield this is worth a stop - it's not original antiques because everything is refinished distressed but they're gorgeous pieces. They also host classes periodically which you can sign up for in-store on making wreaths and decor and all kinds of stuff - from the photos I've seen from previous ones it looks like a lot of fun. Although a small family run business, the customer service has always been top notch, especially compared to many other online auction companies I've encountered. Their site provides the best pictures with detailed description of items compared to the majority of online auction sites. Mr Manger has always provided help without asking, quality customer service, and very fair resolutions, regularly that I've experienced, and observed his consistent friendly support to other customers as well.

I call Thursday morning before pickup (pickup is on Saturday) no on answers I leave a message. No one returns my call so I call Saturday the morning of pickup and leave another message. I get a call back and they state the pickup day was two weeks prior however website was not updated. They inform me they don't know if they have my items that they will have to look for them. I reach back out today to follow up on my items and have to leave a message again. Wes Manger calls me back incredibly rude stating he can't drive but I can get them after the fourth. I kindly ask if I could come pickup the items where he begins to raise his voice and remind me he can't drive, asking me what world do I live in, etc. He then refused to let me get my items and said he was going to refund me. I do not recommend ANY business who berates their paying customers. Take your business elsewhere.
