One particular watch, a solar powered, had a knob break off, and now, it's stopped running. I have called 2 times and been there, (86 miles away), 2 times to be told I need a "manager" because the sales girl did not know what to do about repairs. I am under 3 year warranty, and this watch just passed year 2 this month. It appears, as of today, the manager will be gone several weeks. This is the first time I've been told this. After a couple of weeks Breitling contacted me with bad news. The watch was not repairable. The parts were no longer available and they said it was a total loss. They did offer me $2,000 in credit if I let them keep the watch. Something told me to get the watch back. Which I did. A family member told me about the watch mechanic. I figured that I had nothing to lose. Within a week I was wearing my vintage watch again and it keeps perfect time. I will never buy another Breitling again. An elderly customer was waiting at the resister, and one of the associates asked here if she was 'ready to check out" when the elderly patron replied with a smile "are you ready to work?" (one never knows if they still had to set u the register) The senior most associate spun around and yelled at the patron "that was so disrespectful!" and the patron said she was not sure if they were ready to ring her up, but the associate yelled at her, and kept yelling at her, coming around the register to confront the lady. I was in shock and intervened asking 'what is going on' the associate continued to yell and approach the patron, and asking the patron her name as the associate was going to report her. It was quite shocking Unfortunately, I have seen poor behavior from some (not all) associates here over the years. Another time a patron was shopping and had a pile or clothing on the counter - then she asked to use the bathroom (she was not done shopping, but needed the restroom). An associate told her she could not use the bathroom unless she both something. The poor woman had to leave her future purchases to find a restroom elsewhere And - I asked one if I had Talbot rewards, and was told they do not have to look them up and will not honor them Whoever runs this store needs to get a firm hand on the associates, as I will not return until they do And - if anyone knows how I can report this associate to higher ups, please let me know

I had the worst experience in this store. Being new to the area, I wanted to align myself with…read moregiving my business to people that looked like me. Not only was he super expensive but he lied to me. I had an extender put on my 1 karat diamond pendant that I've had for more than 40 years. The original box chain has never broken, I just wanted it to hang longer with a new piece of jewelry I'm wearing. I also needed a new lobster clasp on an anklet. The extender alone cost more than 125.00. When picking up my jewelry I asked if his work, et. was warranty and he replied it was. I didn't wear my jewelry out of the store I didn't put my necklace on until going to my uncle's celebration of life ceremony. I walked out of the shower and it fell to the floor. I looked at it and saw the spring clasp was missing. I took it back to the store the owner said yes the spring clasp is gone and proceeded to quote me 75.00 for repair. I was shocked and reminded him that he told me his work was under warrant. He chuckled and told me his work was under warranty as long as it's in his store and the minute I leave with it, it's no longer under warranty since he's not responsible for the merchandise in my possession. I told him that didn't make sense and 99.9% of jewelry, merchandise, stuff have some type of warranty and based on what he saying now, he intentionally misled and lied to me. He chuckled and said so hear this, if I let you drive my car and you have an accident do you expect my insurance company to pay to fix it and I said of course, your insurance would pay and if you had a deductible my insurance or myself would pay. He said that's not how I do my business and I'm not going to argue with you. I said, who's arguing I thought we were having a conversation. He said, ok I'll give that but that not how I operate and I told him he was upset because his analogy proved him wrong. He said no I don't work that way and laughed. Since I was th only customer in the store I let him know that he was shady and I should stopped when I saw his cases of knock off LV/Chanel purses and sunglasses with $300/$500 dollar price tags and people like him give bad vibes to customers trying to support people who look like themselves. I told him that he is a disgrace to honest entrepreneurs that should be trusted, because I'll think twice about giving my business to others that look like me in this area being a new resident because of his janky action.

I asked Amy if there was any way to have it delivered to Wedmore Place so I could get it when I arrived, and after a few minutes, she confirmed they could do that!
