We requested that Rob's Home Services clean our gutters, and wash the house and deck. The courteous, competent two-man crew arrived as scheduled, did a terrific job, were careful with the property and very helpful, especially when they found something that we should have taken care of before their arrival--for example, a small garden shed that I just couldn't seem to pry away from the east side of the house that they discovered was attached by screws. My two story older home needed overdue gutter cleaning, some repairs and leaf guards. After calling two other companies that didn't return my calls, I was able to connect with Rob Gutter's from the Worcester area. He showed up the next with his son Victor. Robson gave me a reasonable quote for the gutter work and also a quote to power was the house and three car garage and all the exterior stairways. The best part was he could start later that week. All the work was completed in two long work days. Robson and his helper did all the gutter work the first day and oversaw the powe washing by their sub contractor Louis on the second day. Rob and his team are very nice, but I am a little disappointed. I wanted to balance having my leaves cleaned up for fall cleanup and the gutters being cleaned (obviously you would want to do the gutters first so the leaf service would clean it all up once on the ground). I was scheduled for the first week of December with Rob and they pushed the date back a few times. I called showing my concerns for doing the gutters before the leaves in my yard, and was told the lawn would be left the way they found it. Apparently that means only for leaves, not any debris (dirty that they removed from the gutters). I was not told this initially. So, listening to them, I had my lawn done for fall cleanup without having the gutters done yet. When they finally came out on 12/26, they left debris and leaves all over my yard. I called Rob who was pleasant on the phone but offered no solution to the problem. It's not the end of the world, but I would have hoped for better customer service and better communication. They did attach my hose and clean off the debris from my deck out back, but not on the front steps or walkway. I will not be calling them back in the future. read more

Writing this review for my dad.. Came to the house, they were very professional. When they came it was pretty dark but they said to let them Get job done because it would rain following day. I requested Rob Polo's gutter cleaning services in two rental properties at the end of fall 2021 (there were no leaves on trees). Weeks later after a raining day one of the tenants complained about water cascading from the gutter down his sliding door. Also, on the second property there was a vent cover (?) hanging from the top of the building. Called the company a couple of times but nobody answer. Finally, in March I was able to speak to the office manager who told me she was sending a supervisor to check it out and she would call me back. We are in mid August and have not heard from them. read more

The crew showed up exactly when promised and was helpful and apologetic. Here's what I most appreciated about this company...they actually contacted me the day I sent them an email. Rob emailed me back within the hour and said he'd set up my gutter cleaning within the next 7 days. They showed up on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and were done with my gutters in under 30 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves too. I will surely hire them in the future. read more

These guys used to do a fabulous job. Their formula and long-time crew has changed to the point that they killed all the grass up against my house, used such a strong bleach or lye solution that the lawn was killed at the ends of the downspouts, visibly missed areas around my doors that I had to redo myself, and my windows were left with a permanent etched, dirty look I can't remove. I'm guessing these windows are ruined. Also, the back of the house has some weird bleached-out area that looks like it wasn't rinsed. Sorry. I won't be calling you back ever again and can't recommend you to anyone any more. read more

Very disappointed with this service. 3 months after his "gutter cleaning" my downspout is clogged. He cleaned my gutters in January and they are clogged in April. No leaves on the trees during this time. He told me if I wanted it cleaned again I would have to pay the full price since "too much time has passed". This guy only cares about making money and not your house or providing you a good service. I'd recommend a company that stands behind their work, not this guy. read more

We received gutter cleaning services from Rob through a promotion they ran for Veteran's Day. My husband and I were very pleased with the communication and service we received. Any company that supports military families is a win for us. To top it off, our gutters are clean and the yard is as well. Do not use this company for gutter repair. Rob sent an incompetent crew to re-attach a section of gutter 3 stories up on the back of my home. On their initial visit, they took only about 15 minutes, did not use a ladder and anchored the gutter at the far end with one aluminum nail that they hammered into an S-shape. I informed Mr. Polo about the situation and told him I had no confidence in the repair. He agreed to send them back. The day they returned unannounced, I found them working on a 40 foot ladder above a window about 12 feet from the end of the gutter at the point where it had separated from the fascia. They said they were unable to drive the gutter screw home and promised to return within a few days with the proper equipment and hardware. Following that visit, the gutter developed a new hose-like leak in the exact location where I had found them working. To make a long story short, when the gutter was finally repaired by another vendor, we found a cleanly drilled hole on the BOTTOM edge of the gutter that was responsible for the leak along with a pair of same-sized holes on the back side. Despite being presented with photos and a descriptive invoice, Rob denied liability claiming that his crews don't carry drill bits and would never drill a hole in that location. I'd also be cautious using him for gutter cleaning. On their first visit, his crew bent my gutter guards so they could use a blower on the downspouts. read more

Most recently - during "non-gutter cleaning season" - I experienced a problem with one of my gutters. I contact Rob and very quickly thereafter he arranged for two of his service men to be at my house to look at and remedy my problem. The service men were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Best power wash of house and deck!! Looks brand new! The 2 man crew did an amazing job. There was a lot of green mold on the back house where it's shaded and dirt on the composite deck, after a very wet fall, winter and spring. Rob's crew came out on schedule and cleaned my gutters before an expected storm....I have a hip roof and 4 sides 2 stories up...All gutters were clean and free. His team blew the leaves from my walkways and driveway into the back of the house where the next weekend I was able to pick up with no problem....been using Rob for years...neverr had any issues yet...they are flexible and come when they say they are coming and do the job. read more

OK job. The gutters were clean but where the leaves landed from the gutters did not seem to be of any concern to the crew. After the job there were leaves stuck to the window sills, on the front porch and back deck. There was a pile of leaves by a downspout. This was my first time using Rob, they were at the house for about 5 minutes and the end result showed the limited time spent. Terrible. I had Rob Polo "clean" my elderly father's gutters in May 2014 and in June 2014 rain from the gutter poured into my father's bedroom window. When I called Ron to explain the situation he refused to come out to examine the gutters, talked over me, was rude and said that he has had conversations with upset customers many times.
