They way over charge almost double on some parts and way over charge the labor by telling you it will take hours more than necessary...if it takes hours more than anywhere else would take get rid of your garbage dumb mechanic or eat the cost of time you con artists. I've modified my own demolition derby cars and driven them! I've done my own brakes! I've changed my own oil a million times! I've had jobs ordering and delivering parts and paint to shops in high school(WNY), college(TX), and grad school(Long Island)! Don't look at me with a Coach purse, makeup, and long nails and ASSume I'm a clueless female that's an easy mark to overcharge like that... it's not happening because I'm going elsewhere. I saved $675 by getting my parts from Randolph Auto Supply and having them delivered to Tuneys in Kennedy instead. B&B auto in Randolph also quoted $600 less than Bouch's too while using Auto Zone for the parts. The other job Bouch's quoted ~$700. West Herr VW in Williamsville did it for $520.37(I have the receipt next to me on my desk while I write this) and WHVW gave me a loaner new Jetta while they waited for the parts to come in! DO NOT be fooled by the swindlers at Bouch's.

I took my RV tire and wheel to be mounted there, because they had Nitrogen. When I went to install…read moreit on my RV I noticed they did not line up the paint dot on the tire with the valve stem. The dot is the lightest area of the tire from the manufacture to assist in balancing the wheel. So I look for weights on my wheel and there is none. I had to take it to another tire place to have it balanced. It took 4oz of weights. It hard to believe that I have to baby sit a tire store on how to install and balance a tire. Now I'm not sure if I even have Nitrogen in it.. Never to return
