Well I don't remember receiving it. I don't even live in texas! They said I should contact the court and ask for a copy of the ticket, I said "well I'll pay you guys to do that, isn't that how it works?" and the woman told me to have a nice day and hung up..... I am having an issue renewing my CDL A from things from another state I had a CDL A in from almost…read more10yrs ago. I told almost this to Alex who signed me up. I also complained about several LIES I was told by her and she reassured me all would be just fine and if not happy within 6 days of the service she would give me a full refund. I was told I would talk to a lawyer "For Free" within 24hrs , then it was up to 72hrs. Then when assigned an attorney it would take up to another 72hrs to talk to them amd they may charge for the consultation. I was also give a lawyer 5hrs away from the county I gave them that THEY asked for and I ended up having to call the attorney for him to tell me I need to travel the 12hrs myself to the state capital to handle it myself. They are unbelievably incompetent amd the communication is rediculous on topnotch the BS they tell you just to get you to sign up. So since I have lost my job because I cannot renew my CDL A and now have to try and get my $59.95 back which they do have a lesser membership I was not told of just that the $59.95 monthly was the only fee. I should have taken to the reviews and complaints before wasting my time more than anything by them telling me "NO problem, we handle things like this all the time." Too baf you have to out at least 1 star and cannot put ZERO stars to leave a review.
