She was very caring and thorough as she figured out his problem. She tried everything, but sadly the time came for him to go to sleep. VMC put my dog on Enacard and Salix, which seem to work (I had to increase the dosage from 1/2 a pill 2 times a day, to 1 pill two times a day). However, the medicine was doing its Job. We had a follow up appointment (I was unaware or forgot about) a week later. Nobody called me from VMC to remind me about the appointment and nobody called me for days after I missed it. Hell, they didn't even call for a follow up on the dog, even with the prescribed medicine lowering the dogs blood pressure. I gave Murray Animal Hospital almost 500 dollars to have no answers and ran out of money. What little I have let was going to refill my dogs medicine at VMC, but when my dog ran out of medicine, they wouldn't refill it or release permission to Murray Animal Hospital to refill, either. They wanted me to pay another examination fee before they refilled the medicine? I argued with them for a bit before hanging up, money hungry

Being new to the area you really never know what you're going to get when you're boarding your beloved four-legged son or daughter and Ms. Jones is happy to tell you she hit the jackpot on her first try. Her precious Basset Hound LOVES Pooch Palace which makes Ms. Jones love it too. Mr. Winston (the most handsome Basset Hound that ever existed), was so happy today when Ms. Jones picked him up. She could tell he was very well cared for. You know how sometimes when you take your dog to a boarding how he or she comes back smelling...what's the word Ms. Jones is looking for...ermmm...uh...doggy?? Ms. Jones is happy to tell you that is never the case here. Pooch Palace is spotless, free of L'eau de Chien (french for doggy smell), and these wonderful four legged creatures are very well cared for during their stay with lots of interactions with their fellow canine companions and the wonderful owners of the establishment. What Mr. Winston particularly enjoys is all the time he gets to spend outside running and playing with his new found camp mates. Ms. Jones is happy to give Pooch Palace a solid five star rating. If you love your furry friends, you will want to bring them here when you can't care for them yourselves.

I cannot say enough positive things about Bailey and Pebble Creek. I have an 11 month old boxer pup…read morewho was CRAZY! He didn't want to listen. Pulled me across the yard on his leash. Jumped on my elderly father and my grandchildren. No one could even come to the house. He spent time with Bailey in a board and train program. My grandkids were actually able to visit while my pup laid still in the floor. I no longer worry about either of us getting hurt when I try to walk him. He is still a work in progress as am I but with the Pebble Creek crew, we actually have a life again. Bailey told me when we started training that "Having a dog should add to your life, not take from it." With her help, our baby has been a great addition to our life. When I say how important it is that our grandchildren could be around our doggie, I do not exaggerate. My oldest grandson is autistic and my youngest is blind. It was very important that our doggie be calm around the boys. The photos I have attached is from the first day when then boys were able to be around the dog. Last but not least, a photo of our boy waiting to start the board and train program.
