Using Go Flooring for our floor installation was one of the worst decisions we have ever made…read more After spending over $38,000 on LVP flooring, they sent a crew of subcontractors who rushed through every aspect of the job. They destroyed my walls and tried to blame it on my dog, they chipped parts of the floor by dropping tools on it and just ignored it, thinking we wouldn't notice. They replaced the toilets without replacing the wax rings and after destroying the flanges holding the toilets to the floor. They did not have anything to capture the dust they created, leaving my entire house coated in a thick film of dust and debris. Now my flooring is buckling after less than 2 years because they left the glue from the previous flooring and just installed over it. The initial install was supposed to take 5 days and they rushed it, completing it in 2 days. They also went into rooms we told them not to due to our pets being in those rooms, even after we explained it was for their safety as well as the safety of our pets. They couldn't speak a word of English and were disrespectful to my wife and my home. Do not recommend unless you want numerous visits to fix and repair the installation due to substandard installation. Add to that the near impossibility of reaching an actual person to speak to about their horrible craftsmanship. If Go Flooring contacts you about installing your floors, hang up and find someone who actually does quality work!!

They installed the faucet incorrectly and the drawer would not close because it hit the drain pipe. Which was never an issue in the thirty years we lived in the house. Notified Fireplace & Granite immediately and sent photos and then a video they requested because they were too busy to come see the issue. Days went by with no response. We ended up hiring a plumber to adjust the faucet drain pipe. Our salesman (Travis) instructed us to pay the bill and said they would send a check to cover the repairs. Then nothing but excuses when we asked about the refund. "Only the owner can sign checks and he's on vacation. He will send a check when he get's back in town."
